BetSlip Live Account Deletion
Delete your sync account.
Fastest: delete in the app
- Open BetSlip Live and go to Settings.
- Under Account & Sync, sign in to the account if needed.
- Choose Delete Sync Account and confirm.
The deletion is processed immediately after confirmation.
What is deleted
- Your BetSlip Live sync account, linked sign-in identities, and active sync sessions
- Cloud copies of bet slips associated with that account
- Account-scoped feature credits, entitlement links, and commerce events
What is not deleted or canceled
- Bet slips and preferences stored locally on your devices
- Your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription and store purchase history
- Limited records that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or store transaction reconciliation
Cancel Pro separately in App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting a sync account does not cancel billing.
Request deletion without the app
Submit the email shown for Account & Sync in BetSlip Live. We will contact that address to verify account ownership before deleting the account.
