Important scope statement

BetSlip Live is a sports bet tracking app. It does not place bets, accept wagers, move money, process deposits, or offer a sportsbook.

Acceptance of these terms

By downloading, accessing, or using BetSlip Live, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.

What the service is

BetSlip Live helps users track sportsbook bets they placed on third-party services. Features may include bet import, manual bet creation, live progress tracking, widgets, and Live Activities.

What the service is not

BetSlip Live is not a sportsbook, casino, bookmaker, exchange, or wallet.
BetSlip Live does not accept wagers or payments and does not cash out bets.
BetSlip Live does not provide legal, financial, or betting advice.

Eligibility and lawful use

You agree to use BetSlip Live only for lawful purposes and only in compliance with applicable laws.

You are responsible for your own compliance with local laws and age restrictions.
You will not use the service to facilitate illegal gambling or other unlawful conduct.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you choose to enter or import.

Third-party data, services, and trademarks

BetSlip Live may display or rely on public sports, odds, team, player, or sportsbook information provided by third parties. Accuracy, availability, and timeliness are not guaranteed.

Third-party names, marks, and logos belong to their respective owners.
References to leagues, teams, players, or sportsbooks are for identification and tracking context only.
BetSlip Live is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple, the NBA, any team, or any sportsbook.

Acceptable use restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the service.
You may not attempt unauthorized access to BetSlip Live systems or data.
You may not use the service in a way that violates law, intellectual property rights, or third-party terms.

Privacy

Use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what stays on-device and what may be transmitted for OCR, public sports data, push notifications, and Live Activity delivery.

No warranty

BetSlip Live is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 2245787 ONTARIO INC and BetSlip Live will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the service.

This includes losses related to betting decisions, third-party data errors, service interruptions, or reliance on displayed information.

Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we reasonably believe use of the service violates these terms, applicable law, or creates security or operational risk.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the last updated date above.

Responsible gambling

If betting is causing financial, emotional, or relationship harm, stop and seek support. BetSlip Live offers a separate responsible gambling resources page for third-party help options.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law rules, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
