Short version

Your tracked betslips stay on your device by default, but some feature-related data may be transmitted when you use backend-assisted OCR, Live Activities, push notifications, and public sports data lookups.

BetSlip Live is operated by 2245787 ONTARIO INC. This Privacy Policy explains what information is handled when you use the BetSlip Live app and website.

What stays on your device

BetSlip Live is designed so your tracked betslips and app state live primarily on your iPhone.

Local app preferences and onboarding state
Local widget snapshots and Live Activity presentation state
Other user-managed tracking data stored by the app on-device

What may be transmitted to our backend

Some features require limited data exchange with BetSlip Live infrastructure.

OCR assistance: if an on-device parse is weak and backend OCR is used, the app may send OCR-derived text, line/layout metadata, sportsbook hints, and related parse metadata. The original image is not the normal backend payload.
OCR diagnostics: if an OCR result is flagged or fails review, BetSlip Live may temporarily store the parse payload, review reasons, replay context, and anonymized device diagnostics to improve parser quality.
Push and Live Activities: if you enable those features, device tokens, activity tokens, watched game descriptors, and related registration metadata may be sent so updates can be delivered.
Public sports and odds data requests: the app and backend request public game, roster, score, stat, and odds information needed to power the product.

What we do not collect for this product

No account sign-up, password, or profile system
No contact list access
No precise location tracking
No advertising ID use for targeted ads
No sale of personal information

Third-party services involved in the product

BetSlip Live relies on infrastructure and data providers to operate certain features.

Apple services, including APNS and ActivityKit delivery infrastructure
Cloudflare infrastructure for BetSlip Live backend services
Public sports and odds data providers used to fetch game, roster, stats, and market information

These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. BetSlip Live does not control how those third parties process information once a request reaches them.

Retention

Local betslip data remains on your device until you delete it or remove the app. Feature-related backend data is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to operate the feature, debug service issues, meet security and abuse-prevention needs, or allow temporary operational logs and diagnostics to expire.

Your choices

You can stop using the app at any time.
You can disable push notifications and Live Activities in iOS settings.
You can delete locally stored app data by deleting the app or using in-app reset controls where available.
You can contact us if you have privacy questions or want clarification about how a feature works.

Children and age-sensitive use

BetSlip Live is not designed for children. Because the app relates to sports betting activity tracked from third-party services, users should comply with the laws and age restrictions that apply in their jurisdiction.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the last updated date above.
